| I was rewatching the democratic debate and Hillary said one of the dumbest things i've ever heard Here's the transcript:
Senator McCain, as you know, is proud of going around the country talking about how he has never asked for an earmark.
On the specific issue of pork barrel spending, fiscal accountability by
the government at a time when many Americans frankly think, whether it
is the House or the Senate, that you all waste money on things that
aren't important to them, don't affect their daily lives, does he have
a better case to make to the American people that, "I have done this my
entire career; I will do it as president," on the issue of on the issue
of wasteful pork barrel spending?
CLINTON: Well, no, not at all.
Because he supported the wasteful tax cuts of the Bush administration
and the Iraq war, with the billions of dollars...
1. Clinton voted for the Iraq war and has subsequently funded it.
2. Tax cuts have nothing to do with pork barrel spending.
Wasting money on programs that keep the lower class in a position that
they will be complacent, not strive for productivity and be a permanant
voter base for the Democrats is wasteful. Maybe job training
programs, yeah but not the crap that these fools support. And
regarding tax cuts..... Tax cuts are never wasteful because it is
your money in your hands. How do you waste something that isn't
yours in the first place? Idiot. Also after the Bush tax
cuts, the federal government recorded the highest tax collection of all
time.... why? people actually paid their taxes, because they were
fair, and because people spent money because they had more of it,
generating more tax funds. So here we go.... Tax cuts,
good, Socialism bad. F, F. Minus.

| Today's Scripture “Do not say, ‘I’ll do to him as he has done to me; I’ll pay that man back for what he did’” (Proverbs 24:29). Today's Word from Joel and Victoria Is there someone in your life who has wronged you? Maybe a family member didn’t treat you right, or a boss was unfair. The Bible tells us that we need to release and forgive others so God can forgive us. If we harbor unforgiveness or bitterness towards anyone, God cannot forgive us. He cannot even hear our prayers. Forgiveness starts with a decision. It doesn’t mean you excuse another person’s behavior; it only means that you are releasing the debt they owe you. Forgiveness puts God in charge of that situation instead of you. A true sign that you have forgiven is that when you think about the other person, or see them somewhere, you are at peace. The Bible says that we should also pray for those who may be against us. Pray that God will change that person’s heart. As you release the debt of others, God will release you, and you will walk in freedom and peace in every area of your life. A Prayer for Today Father in Heaven, I humbly come to You and ask You to show me any unforgiveness that may be in my heart. I forgive and release the debt of others so that You can forgive me. I bless Your Holy Name today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. - Joel & Victoria Osteen | | |
| This
is a poem being sent from a Marine to his Dad.
For
those who take the time to read it, you'll
see a letter from him to his Dad at the bottom.< /SPAN> It
makes you truly thankful for
not only the Marines,
but
ALL of our troops.
THE
MARINE

We
all came together,
Both
young and old
To
fight for our freedom,
To
stand and be bold.

In
the midst of all evil,
We
stand our ground,
And
we protect our country
From
all terror around.

Peace
and not war,
Is
what some people say.
But
I'll give my life,
So
you can live the American way.

I
give you the right
To
talk of your peace.
To
stand in your groups,
and
protest in our streets.

But
still I fight on,
I
don't bitch, I don't whine.
I'm
just one of the people
Who
is doing your time.

I'm
harder than nails,
Stronger
than any machine.
I'm
the immortal soldier,
I'm
a U.S.
MARINE!

So
stand in my shoes,
And
leave from your home.
Fight
for the people who hate you,
With
the protests they've shown.
Fight
for the stranger,
Fight
for the young.
So
they all may have,
The
greatest freedom you've won.

Fight
for the sick,
Fight
for the poor
Fight
for the cripple,
Who
lives next door.

But
when your time comes,
Do
what I've done.
For
if you stand up for freedom,
You'll
stand when the fight's done.

Hey
Dad,
Do
me a favor and label this "The Marine"
and
send it to everybody
on your email list.
Even
leave this letter in it. I
want this rolling all over the US
; I
want every home reading it.
Every
eye seeing it. And
every heart to feel it.
So can you please send this for me?
I
would but my email time isn't that long
and
I don't have much time anyway.
You
know what Dad? I
wondered what it would b e like to truly understand what
JFK said in His inaugural speech. "When
the time comes to lay down my life for my country,
I
do not cower from this responsibility. I
welcome it."
Well,
now I know.
And
I do. Dad, I welcome the opportunity to do what I do. Even though I
have left behind a beautiful wife, and I will miss the birth of our
first born child, I would do it 70 times over to fight for the
place that God has made for my home.
I
love you all and I miss you very much.
I
wish I could be there when Sandi has our baby, but
tell her that I love her, and Lord willing, I
will be coming home soon. Give
Mom a great big hug from me and give one to yourself too.
Aaron
Please
let this marine (and all our military)
know
we care by passing his poe m onto your friends even
if you don't usually take time to forward mail...do it this time!
Thanks,
If
this touched you as much as it touched me, please
forward it on. Let's
help Aaron's dad spread the word ...FREEDOM
isn't FREE Someone
pays for you and me.

God
bless you!
